Focusing his practice on business bankruptcy and commercial litigation, Jeff handles complex matters from inception to resolution in state and federal forums. He is routinely involved in all aspects of restructuring and reorganization work, including the representation of debtors, secured creditors, landlords, and third-party purchasers.
